The student hostel of the ÖJAB - Österreichische Jungarbeiterbewegung (Austrian Young Workers' Movement) is located only a few metres next to the University of Applied Sciences building and offers 272 places for students all year round. All single rooms, double rooms and single or double room-garconniers are equipped with shower, WC, telephone, satellite TV and internet connections. Centrally located large communal kitchens are available as well as barrier-free rooms. Residents can use the following facilities in the house: Laundry room, TV room with satellite TV, library, music practice rooms, table tennis, sauna, fitness room, student café "ECHT", games room with table football, party room, bicycle parking and car parking.

Ecology: The ÖJAB-Haus Eisenstadt is additionally heated by a solar system and has a domestic hot water system.

People who are not students can also live in the ÖJAB house in Eisenstadt, subject to availability.

The student residence "Haus der Begegnung" of the Diocese of Eisenstadt is located in the centre of Eisenstadt, close to the castle park and the pedestrian zone. 40 students have single and double rooms with shower/WC (two of which are barrier-free) at their disposal from 1 September to 30 June. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with TV and internet connections. A large, newly designed communal kitchen, TV lounge, party room, laundry room and bicycle storage room are also located in the house. Parking spaces can be rented. (Rooms can be booked by semester, reservations for single nights are not possible).

The dormitory of the boarding school at the HTL-Pinkafeld is located in the immediate vicinity of the University of Applied Sciences Study Centre Pinkafeld. Both single and double rooms are available for FH students. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with shower and toilet. In addition, students have access to free internet and cable TV. There is a communal kitchen, study rooms and a laundry room.
