International

Internationalization is a living reality at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland, and at the heart of its motto: Education in the heart of Europe.

At home, internationalization is an integral part of the curriculum through an intercultural lecture programme and language instruction with a CEE focus by native speakers. Visiting students, guest lecturers and researchers from the EU and CEEC countries are integrated into the study programme through teaching and research projects.

International activities become an invaluable experience abroad. Our students acquire these experiences through career-related internships in various EU countries, participation in summer courses at European partner institutions to enrich language competency, a study semester abroad as well as study trips to one of a number of partner institutions in Brussels, Prague, Geisenheim and Bratislava.
