Sustainable Buildings
Design – Operation - Evaluation
Deutsche Homepage
The establishment of passive house standards is being followed by another leap in innovation. Buildings and building networks of the future are to become energy self-sufficient, and the construction, operation, and deconstruction of buildings is to meet the criteria of sustainability.
For the construction of trendsetting buildings integrative and cooperative planning is required, and, in view of processing raw materials, assembling, and dismantling buildings, ecological aspects need to be given special consideration when it comes to holistic balancing of individual production and processing chains.
Alongside the design, construction, and deconstruction of buildings and building complexes, the development of proper operational and control strategies in terms of sustainability also plays a dominant role.
